Once a Pledge has successfully completed the Membership Intake class or Line and meets all required prerequisites for membership, full membership into the Brotherhood is conferred. Kappa Psi Kappa has intake classes twice per year, in the spring, and fall. Current enrollment in an institute of higher learning is not a requirement for membership.īecause Kappa Psi Kappa is a Service-Social organization, community service is not only a requirement to maintain active status membership within the Fraternity, it is also a requirement to apply for membership. Membership into the Kappa Psi Kappa Brotherhood is open to any man over the age of 18 who has obtained his high school diploma or GED. The fraternity was incorporated under the Articles of Corporation in the State of Florida on October 3, 2001.
In the summer of 2001, these men set out and started to organize the foundation of the fraternity based upon promoting brotherhood, scholarship, service and leadership. They were known as the Illustrious Elite. Kappa Psi Kappa was founded by five men in Tallahassee, FL on the campus of Florida State University. Kappa Psi Kappa celebrated its 10th anniversary on August 17, 2011. The fraternity has over 200 members in the United States. The fraternity was established on August 17, 2001, in Tallahassee, Florida. Kappa Psi Kappa ( ΚΨΚ) is a non-profit, non-collegiate, service/social fraternity for "progressive" men of all ethnic backgrounds, cultures and sexual orientations. The Bond of a Brotherhood, Never Settling in the Past but Striving for the Future. Kappa Psi Kappa Fraternity will address concerns and aspects that impact all communities educationally, civilly, and sexually. Community Service, Public Service, Leadership Development, and the education of all people is what Kappa Psi Kappa Fraternity aims for.

I am truly amazed with the commitment, support, and professional development that comes from each and every one of our members.To enhance the quality of life within the community. I have grown such an immense love for our chapter and for Alpha Kappa Psi as a whole. Alpha Epsilon has a wide variety of majors, beliefs, and personalities the diversity among our members is appreciated. As we are growing In numbers, the diversity within our chapter is vastly growing. Our brothers have demonstrated our core values by showing respect and integrity towards each other and other members of the Athens community.
